A typical transaction will begin, when you are current on the waiting list, by shipping your bass or neck using instructions I will give you. As of Dec 21, 2008, all transactions will require a deposit along with your instrument, in the amount of $200 or 50% of the estimated total, whichever is greater. Preparation needs and options will be discussed beforehand and photos will be emailed to show progress. No work will be done without your knowledge and consent, and any additional labor costs or parts will be determined as needed.

Payment may be made by check or online PayPal and is expected at the time of completion. A $50 fee will be charged for each 30 days of non-payment after notice of summary/billing. Property not paid for after 90 days will be treated as abandoned.
